I can't understand why Obama doesn't honor the flag properly.?
I just saw a film of him while the National Anthem was being played this past Veteran's Day (last week). He was NOT standing at attention. He was standing there like nothing was going on at all while everyone else either put their hand over their hearts or saluted. I've been looking at all the other answers of the same question. I still didn't see one answer that really explained it.
Tonalc2, the film I saw was at a different place. That's good to see for once!
Lawyer X: That's amazing that you can conclude that about me without seeing the video I saw. You must know quite a lot!

He once said he didn't want to OFFEND anyone who may owe allegiance to another flag so that's why he doesn't salute the American flag.
Kind of an odd thing for an AMERICAN President to say, don't you think?

Most people put their hand on their heart for the pledge of allegiance NOT the national anthem. Most people just clasp their hands and bow their heads and/or sing. I saw that video, just because the other 2 political "tools" had their hands on heart and he didn't doesn't mean anything other than they were over doing it (their patriotism) for the camera's. Veterans salute the flag during the national anthem. That's all there is to it nothing else.

Perhaps you'd care to look at this picture of him with his hand on his heart during the playing of the national anthem last week:

It's a personality disorder he learned from Frank Marshall Davis and Bill Ayers.

Not sure, maybe he was exercising his first amendment right? It isn't a crime not to stand for the pledge. But that's not really an excuse.

And yet his doe-eyed supporters continue to assert the man's love and respect for the country. I'll never understand these people.

It really doesn't surprise me, the guy is a complete fraud who obviously doesn't love this country like we do.
