Need Questionnaire filled in for My A Level Course (more people the better!)?

I am doing A Level Product Design and for my course will be creating a computer case. I need help with filling in my questionnaire so i have enough research to draw up my specification for the product, so please will you answer these questions for me. Thank you all so much :)

What amount of drive bays (5.25” and 3.5”) would you at least need in a case?

What is your preferred amount of fans and where do you think they should be located?

How would you like the case to open? (Hinged, slide of side, clip on etc.)

Would you be willing to pay a little more for the case to be tool less?

What size should the case be no bigger than? (W x H x D)

Should power supply be mounted at the top or bottom?

Should the case have a side window?

Would you like to see lighting in the case? If so what kind? (LED, cathode etc.)

Would you prefer a metal case over acrylic?

Do you have anything else you would like to say?

    1) I run at least 4 hard drives, so that's a minimum of 4 3.5" bays (preferably more). However, I'd like to run a media card reader, so that's an additional external 3.5" bay. As for 5.25" bays, I'd like at the very least 2 external bays for DVD drives (or a BD drive). However, more bays are always preferable.

    2) I prefer quiet fans. I don't care if there's 1 fan or 20 fans, as long as they provide adequate airflow and are relatively quiet. I think 2 large case fans is plenty (small fans tend to be noisier because they require higher RPMs for the same CFM). Now, this doesn't include necessary fans like those found on the GPU, CPU, and PSU.

    3) From my personal experience, a sliding side panel is the best solution. It allows for easy entry into the case and easy replacement when you're done.

    4) Most definitely. Having the tool-less option is awesome. In fact, I expect all my cases to be tool-less

    5) It depends. Some cases need to be large to accomodate all my stuff (huge GPUs, lots of HDs, etc). Other times, you want to hide the computer into a multimedia center or whatnot.

    6) I have a very slight preference toward the BTX style where the PSU is mounted on the bottom, but I have no problem if it's mounted on the top.

    7) It depends. I used to go out of my way to get cases with a side window. They're nice and flashy, but sometimes your case innards just aren't worth showing off (or perhaps you don't want your computer to be targetted for theft). Also, the inside can get dusty so having all the guts exposed might just show your poor wiring job or dust buildup. Likewise, sometimes you want a more conservative look without a side window.

    8) Again, it depends. I severely dislike extremely bright lighting from the case. However, a few LEDs are typically welcome as they provide some flash. Of course, conservative people might not want any lights. One nice feature I'm seeing on some new cases is that they put a button on the front of the case that controlls the internal lighting. I think that's probably the best solution.

    9) I heavily prefer a metal case over acrylic. That's not to say Acrylic is bad, but the metal cases usually have more interesting designs without having everything internal exposed.

    10) Well, I'm a gamer and build my own PCs, so I have a certain case preference. I've built a lot of computers with various cases and I have to admit that I prefer cases that are sturdy, well built, and have carrying handles (or at least some place that makes it easier to carry them). I also lean towards black and silver cases. Aluminum cases are very nice, but I'm starting to see a trend back towards steel cases in the high-end designs. I severely dislike "break-away" PCI slot covers. They should be replaceable ones. Sharp edges on a case are very bad (and "break-away" covers cause sharp edges).
