Is there a dog registry where you could register an intact dog of unknown parentage?
First, trust me, I am not looking to register a dog. All my dogs are mutts, save a few that are getting PAL/ILP numbers. They're also all fixed.
My question is, is there a dog registry that accepts intact animals of unknown parentage, and if so, what do they state as the reason?

Yep, there are quite a few such scam registries. CONtinental Kennel Club, the DRA (used to be United KC), the NAPDR, ADRA, IBDR, yep plenty of scammers willing to take your money for paper that is most useful as an emergency Charmin replacement.

There are plenty of registries that will register a dog if they get a picture and one or two witnesses who swear the dog is a certain breed. None of them are legitimate and should always be avoided. Some to look out for would be ConKC (Continental not to be confused with Canadian) and APRI (American Pet Registry or something foolish like that).

I have never heard of one. Mutts, or dogs with unknown parentage, can not be registered in any registry I know of.
