Best Wallpaper Primer?
What would you use as a Primer for Wall Paper? A Primer meant to be used under wallpaper. Or a general use Acrylic Primer?

Definately use a primer/wallpaper sizer for underneath the wallpaper. This will allow you to work with the wallpaper better when you are hanging it, and if ever you decide to remove the wallpaper it will make that job much better too.

What needs to be used under wallpaper is wallpaper sizing. It's a starch like substance that gets painted on the walls before applying wallpaper. It serves as a barrier between the paint and wallpaper for easy removal and good adhesion.
