How do I get my Mac to stop doing this?

I use Windows 7 with Bootcamp on my Mac for gaming purposes. Every time I start my Mac it automatically boots to the Windows partition unless I hold the option key. Is there a way to make boot to Mac OS instead?

    Yes.

    In system preferences, just click on "Startup Disk".
