Is this any kind of a friend?
Someone I haven't heard or seen from in 2 yrs. calls me, says is coming to town & can we meet for lunch. The day comes & this person is a no-show, no-call. Guess I was dumped. If this person calls back, do I suddenly become unavailable for next time?

Not only would I not be available I would nicely say to the person, thanks for standing me up the last time, you will not have the chance to do it again. People that do things like that annoy the devil out of me. If something comes up be courteous enough to at least call and say you can't make it. I would not call this person a friend maybe and acquaintance.
