Try http://www.amigram.com/ They are a new free site that allows you to create and send your own free announcements. You can upload photos, video, content or whatever and then easily send it to all of your email contacts, upload to facebook, and even send to twitter.
Have fun with it. You can really make it your own. It's a great way to distribute your video announcements and then your classmates can posts comments or suggestions. You can even make comments about your announcment is you need to add clarrification down the road.
Save on the postage and printing. You might even save a tree or two.
