can anyone suggest a good fitness/workout application for Ipod Touch?

I dont mind paying if i have to i just want some real feedback if you have had a good experience or bad

    You'll no longer be in a position to sync the app on your ipod Touch till you might have upgraded the ipod Touch application to variation two.zero, whichis being published on itunes the following day (eleventh july)
