Roughly how long to pickle garlic for?
I've been pickling some garlic for about a month now, and just wondering when's the best time to open and start using - I used spiced pickling vinegar, it's in a kilner jar and they're a lovely shade of blue

i would always pickle for at least a month so you are time enough to start using it now, garlic when pickled can last up to a year in a fridge , so i would leave it at least a month before you use it .
