I live with dishpan hands. No dishwasher wherever I go......and it is males that always mess it up again.

Both. Rinse and scrub in the sink then in the dishwasher. 

I constantly remind the kids the dishwasher is not a food processor.

I can build a shed for 10 years so I can hide in the garage though.
