Take about 1/2 pound (or more) of Velveeta cheese and cut into cubes. Then a box of pasta, like mostacolli. Cook the pasta as normal, then drain it, while warming the Velveeta until it melts. Mix all together in a sauce pan to desired temperature. If you want to spice it up, add some Rotel sauce which has tomato, chili and spices in it.

The only place I like to put canned veggies is in a soup. You could also make something in a skillet. Cook some meat (chicken, beef, or pork). Add some flavorful liquid (broth, bouillion cubes, wine, etc). Add your can of veggies. Then to make it a complete meal add a little bit of pasta, small pieces such as macaroni, egg noodles, or rotini. Let it simmer for at least 15 minutes to mix the flavor in (the pasta will cook in this time too). Serve it with rolls if you want to be fancy.
Of course you can do anything with a can of veggies really, thats just one idea.
