How to say in Spanish "I moved from .... (country A) to .... (country B) in year ....?

I'm not sure which verb to use.

    Me trasladé (mudé or cambié) de (A) a (B) el (200X).

    "el" must be replaced by "en" if you moved in the 19XX.

    Mudarse usually refers to a more local move.
