Looking for the name of a vintage board game with an airplane suspended over a spinning board?

My husband played a board game when he was younger, it would have been in either the late 70's or the 80's. He can't remember the name of it.

The game featured a round playing area that slowly rotated. It looked like an aerial view of the ground, with holes in the board.

A plastic airplane was mounted on an arm above the board, and you could slide the airplane back and forth between the center of the board and the edge.

There was an eyepiece in the center of the plane, and when you looked through it you saw cross-hairs. Using this, you had to try to drop parachutes or bombs (can't remember which) onto the holes in the play area while it was moving.

Does anyone remember the name of this game?
