Update:

Its is wifi capable. Does this mean that I can go to anywhere that has wireless internet and use it?

Please no dissing me for a dumb question. I'm just looking for a simple answer.

    u can go to any unsecured wifi hot spot. an it will work jus fine

    Well that's true you can take your netbook anywhere and you can get connected with any of the Internet in that zone with the help of your Wifi.

    Apart from that I would suggest that you should give a try to a Refurbished laptop which will be really good decision to take because these refurbished laptops are rectified and comes with some awesome great prices and specs

    Providing you a good online website which will be really beneficial for all of you!!!

    Only if the places you go are offering wifi without any other service. Mc Donald's is the idea place to go. Unlike Starbucks who want you to have at&t. Also most are not open networks in which you'll have to get a wep key in which most of the employees don't have a clue what it is.

    No , you need the password to access the network . and yea , that is not a dumb question but it make me laugh alot

    only if you know the password. ok to break it down for you. you wont be able to use the wireless unless youre at your house friends house or other close friends and ppls houses. store wireless sucks and you rarely find them.
