Has anyone actually gotten through to storkcraft over the phone?

I'm just curious, it's been 3 days now and I'm still getting the perpetual busy signal when I try to call the toll free or direct line. Has anyone gotten through or do they just have the phones turned off?

Update:

So I finally got through on the phone to storkcraft and spoke to a cranky woman who said she could not transfer me to anywhere to talk to anyone else so...... I called the head office in richmond and left a message that I was calling on behalf of a group of parents with concerns regarding their ability to use the crib once the "retro fit" kit was installed. I used my scarry government work voice and got a call back in less then 10 minutes. For those of you in the same spot as me (really short and can't reach the baby with the rail up) they said that it is perfectly safe to remove the casters off of the bottom of the crib and that will take about 2 inches off of the height of the crib. She did say though that they are not able to tell parents to shorten the legs of the crib, but for sure it is fine to take off the wheels. • I tried the other day and got the busy signal all day, website wouldn't load either. I gave up and converted the crib to a toddler bed. My daughter is 14 months old now and can climb in it so she's good.

I could not get through, so after feeding my daughter at 1:00 AM I went on their website and ordered the parts.

You will need some info from the mattress base though:

    Model Number

    Date it was constructed

  • I got through...only took me 15 minutes of trying. I ordered my repair kit and its on its way.

  • I've been calling the last few days and havent gotten through either.
