What hair color and hair cut should I choose!?

Okay first off here's me -

Or a Marilyn Monroe inspired haircut, but longer, Like a vintage 40's pinup, Like Scarlett's hair.

i say keep you color, but maybe get some caramel brownish chunks, and marilyn monroe inspired do.
