Wat kind of color is a neutral color?

Browns, Greys & Beiges are considered Neutrals...

i'm asian too, and it seems like our skin tone might be close. i've experimented with so many make-up products and it's really hard to find some colors that look really good.. so this is what i've come up with. my average day routine: black or charcoal eyeliner, a bronzer or pressed powder in a brown skin toned color as a blush, a light brush of pink/magenta lipgloss [just so you get a pretty hint of pink]. that's pretty much it and i get compliments on my makeup. don't forget the moisturizer. natural, but noticeable, and it still looks like you put effort into it. my 'glam' day routine: black or charcoal eyeliner, maybe a little bit of shimmery teal/aqua eyeliner on my bottom lid, bronzer or pressed powder in a brown skin toned color as blush along with some pinkish blush, a shimmery silver or gold eyeshadow, two coats of black mascara, and a light brush of pink/magenta lipgloss. i think that for asians you should focus on your eyes more than anything else [just because i think that almond shaped eyes are pretty and stand out].. so play around with a few eyeshadows and eyeliners.. for eyeliners.. just the basic black or charcoal, and maybe a shimmery plum, aqua, teal, rich red. for eyeshadows, just try out a bunch of different colors, blending them together, layering them, etc. for mascara, i just think black makes everyone's eyes pop out some. if you want to have a cool effect then you can do a blue and people will notice it in the light. this is cute and fun too. i'm not a big mascara fan though [because washing it off is annoying]. hope i helped. :]

Neutral colors are colors that can match with just about anything. Neutral colors are black, brown, beige, ivory, taupe and white.

Maybe white, off white, a wheat color? :)

Tan? I always imagine neutral colors as light.

They are usually black, white, and gray. So basically the colors that my school makes me wear in my school uniform. Neutral colors are just colors that aren't too bright, but aren't too dark either (black still counts even though it is dark). I hope that helps! :-)
