ipod touch question answer please?>?

I recently baught two songs on the itunes on my ipod touch, i had to restore my ipod today, is there anyway that the songs that i baught will still be on my itunes account?

    Assuming that you did not sync your ipod before the restore, the songs will not be on your itunes. You can download the song again for free on your ipod.

    The account and the library are two different things. If you didn't transfer them to your library or back them up, they're gone.

    Apple will let you re-download them for free if you already bought them.
