Usually they don't for that amount it cost more in legal fees, but if they do you get all those charges on you.

Of course they can. But the court expenses are so high that they won't even bother with it. If they go to court they will just ignore it hoping it will be paid over interest... What can happen is if they really want to sue you, they can try to get you to pay the court expenses and all the money thy wasted on the case, Which if you loose you will be forced to do so, and they are pretty good at that. But like I said probably they will just ignore it once it's a ridicolous amount. But who knows with this credit crunch xD

For 32 bucks they will just hope you will pay. No one in there right mind would sue for 32 dollars.

Of course they can. You owe the money, it is their job to collect. If they do, it will cost you a lot more than $32. Surely you can come up with a lousy $32 to pay it.

They can annoy you by mail and/or telephone for a while, thats all they will do.Filing a lawsuit and paying an attorney will cost them far more than the $32.00 so just tell them to piss off.Actually if a collection agency calls ME,i will be MUCH MUCH nastier than that with them.

They can but the cost of doing so is too high. What they can do that will hurt you is to file a negative debt report on you credit history.

im pretty sure (90%) that you can only take some one to court if the amount owed (in dollars or item worth) is $200 or more.

Yes. If you owe them, they can chase you down. Send them a buck a month to show you are trying to pay off the debt.
