Which graphics card is better? ATI Radeon X300 OR nvida 7300GT?

Ok I have 2 graphics cards. One is in my PC the other one is in its box. The first card is a ATI Radeon X300 with 128mb of DDR, and the second is a EVGA e-GeForce 7300GT with 128mb of DDR2. I know they are old cards but those cards are for my old PC, my Dell Optiplex GX280. I have the ATI card in my PC. The ATI card has no fan but a big heat sink, and the nvida card has a fan and a heat sink but not as big as the ATI heat sink.
