Flying to Bucharest, Romania?

Can anyone suggest a budget airline that flies from any North West (England) airports to Bucharest, Romania. For some reason I am finding it impossible to find a flight out there

Most Low cost companies don`t have many destinations. Try from London or sth! Good luck!

There's one airport for cheap airlines in Bucharest called Baneasa airport, last I looked the companies were Germanwings, wizzair, Blue Air so try those.

The other Bucharest airport at Otopeni is for more expensive companies.

Hmmm... I double checked and EasyJet, Wizzair, Ryanair, and Germanwings. Germanwings flies direct from Edinburgh, Dublin, and London Stansted (yes, I know two are in Scotland and Ireland, but maybe it is better than london for you.) Wizzair flies direct from Eindhoven (way too east, probably).

I can't really think of any other budget carriers off the top of my head.

It might be easiest to take megabus or something to one of the closest airports. Wish I could've been of more help!

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely give you the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it's very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online... otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
