How do you put your own music on a youtube video, and what equipment needed thanks .?

You need to be able to record your own music...a free program like Audacity would work great. Then save it to mp3 format. Then you need a video editor. It's really easy to put the music with the video because most editors have a little section for the audio. Try out Windows Movie Maker for your first video even though it's not the best, it's the easiest. Then save it to your computer and upload from the youtube site.
