just think rainbow, someday 60 or 70 years from now you'll be on here and some kid is going to ask "September 11, 2001, what is the significance of this date?"
The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, it caused the US to declare war on Japan which then, by treaty, forced Germany to declare war on us, ushering in the US entrance to WWII, where we like totally kicked but and stuff.

The Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour. First true attack on US Territory? The British burned Washington DC in 1814! Hawaii wasn't even a state in 1941!

December 7, 1941 was pearl harbor.
Impact= thousands of American sailors killed, Us Navy virtually wiped out,
Final result=US entered WW2, eventually won the war.

It's pathetic that today's brats either don't bother to listen or learn such historically significant dates and events.
