ok, dumb question...how do you choose an answer as best answer?

CHOOSING A BEST ANSWER --Wait four hours after you post your question, click your avatar, this will bring you to your profile page.

:::scroll down to your "my questions":::::click that and your questions come up, click the one you want:: There will be a blue bar under each answer you got that says choose as best answer:: Click on that blue button if you want to choose that answer as best answer, a new page comes up

:::Then you rate it 1-5 stars and write a comment in the space provided.. Click OK and it's Done..... .Any level can choose best answer for a question they have asked and any level can vote on any questions in voting.

❶ You need to wait 4 hours before you can vote for best answer. a blue button will show under each answer. Choose your best answer and click the blue button under it. You then can rate with 1-5 stars and leave a comment. You will get 3 points for voting. You have up to four days to vote before it goes to a community vote.

❷ If its an other members question that you want to vote on you need wait for 4 days or more then go back to the question and vote you will get 1 point for voting.

All you have to do to choose a Best Answer is:-

You must wait for a minimum of four hours or more.

Click onto your question.

Read through each answer and decide which one is the best answer.

Once you have chosen your Best Answer, click the blue button underneath the answer "Choose as Best Answer".

Rate the answer by the number of stars.

Comment on the answer if you want to.

Click OK

You have to wait at least four hours for the best answer bubble to appear

If you asked the question goto your profile and click my question. the question you want to choose a best answer for should say choose best answer. click on it. it takes you to the page where you asked the question. all the answers should say pick best answer under them.
