chances of getting into UCSB?

What are my chances of getting into UCSB as an Ecnomics with emphasis in Accounting major. I am a transfer student from a JC with a GPA of 3.46 and also without TAG? Thank in advance for your answers :)

The UC System prefers in-state students for both acceptance and scholarships. Out of state students, without scholarships, will pay around 55K per year. Your credentials look good, but get involved in more extracurricular activities! I would say, at this point, 65/35 you're in. Good luck!
