I'm not sure you need to lose weight, but drinking water can help deal with hunger when you feel like snacking.
Running would be of great importance too. A few times a week would be fine and it would keep you fit.

Well, my sister is losing weight really fast right now and so far all she is doing is cutting meals and running. Well, you should hop on the treadmill and run for about 10 -30 minutes(however long you want), go to the gym, or just take an ordinary walk around your neighborhood. As well as this you can eat healthier by cutting down meals or making more healthier things to eat. Try buying this drink called Slim fast. You shouldn't skip a meal every 2 days and drink this. It's nothing bad, even someone as young as 10 can use it. Try things like Aerobics to help lose weight on specific parts of the body. Join a class, or look up exercises.
Hope this helps.

I don't think you need to lose any weight, but here are some guidelines! :)
1) Drink lots of water!
2) Eat smaller, more frequent meals. This will keep your metabolism balanced.
3) Never skip breakfast! It's seriously the most important meal of the day. It gets your metabolism going. You should eat within the first hour after you wake up.
4) If you're going to eat a meal, do so AFTER you exercise and not before. However, you should eat some sort of post-workout snack such as yogurt, a granola bar, or a banana. This will maximize the results.
5) I wouldn't recommend eating within 3 hours before you go to bed.
6) Avoid fried, sugary, high-sodium foods!
7) Whatever you do, DO NOT starve yourself. As soon as you start eating again, your body will store as much fat as possible.
8) Similar to #7, you shouldn't let yourself get hungry. You should always make sure that you feel just "normal", not hungry nor full.
I hope these tips help you! (:

Here are some things you can do...: Pilates, sqauts, plank, leg lifts, modified push ups, wall sits, jump roping, and walking/jogging/running @ least 1/2 a mile a day. Great snacks are trail mix, veggies, apples w/ peanut butter, yoplait yogurt, watermelon, bananas, whole wheat grains, and salad w/ NO cruetons and only 2 tablespoons at the most of dressing.

Don't overeat. Get exercise. 3500 calories is a pound of fat. Common sense. Herbal supplements are fake, even though someone will spam and post it as an answer. And get off the computer and go run.

Create a work-out plan and stick to it. I find it helps best if you decide what your going to do and write it on the calender you are holding yourself accountable. Eat veggies, fruit, and protein. Don't deprive yourself of sweets but limit the intake. Keep a food journal see what your eating and when.
