how to lose weight fast?

I want to lose weight, i've been gaining so much from the past 2 months of mostly eating out. i was at 210 to 220 pounds now god knows... i wanna get in shape and i wanna get fit.

i wanna start a diet and excercise plan but i don't know where to start. can anyone advice me on a strict diet plan and excercise plan to lose weight fast? and how much weight would i lose if i start tomorrow on the first until new years, of course im going to keep going with it but how much on average would i lose?

any special tricks or solutions to losing weight fast? any advice? diet food plans? what to eat what not to eat? any help would be appreciated thanks :)

if it matters, im 18 years old, about 6'1"

im not fat. i have like thin legs and thin arms its just the stomach area thats like muffin top.

yeah, any weight loss is a gain like im not trying to kill myself or go to like starvation mode. i wanna lose weight healthy but idk how or where to start.

    Most people would tell you diet and exercise more. Well I've got a way you can lose 40 pounds in 2 months. Want to know why! 1. Set Up Realistic Weight Loss Goals. Don't set a weird goal like 10 pound a day no. 2. Drink Plenty of Water. Drink about 6-8 glass of water per day. 3. Chew More Slowly when You Eat. If you eat 5 smaller a day you will accomplish your goal, but pleas don't eat three enormous meal. That would actual get you fatter. 4. Exercise at least 30 minuets per day. Pleas stay away from pills they could kill you, some pills could help but there is a few that do help. If you follow this correctly you will achieve your weight goal.

    What makes losing weight so hard for people is because they cannot or will not change their eating habit. Even if you do a lot of sports, etc., the calorie intake is the first thing you should pay attention to. Work on a balanced diet menu. less salt, less sugar.     Dangerously. Rapid weight loss can literally kill you. The only acceptable rate for loosing weight is a max of 2 lbs a week. Any more than that and you screw up your metabolism. I could give you a healthy, well-balanced program, full of nutrition and positive goals and actions...but you'd have to be content with a 2 lb a week weight loss.

    Be active

    Being more active and staying that way is one of the key strategies for long term success. Finding something you enjoy, and can fit into daily life helps ensure you keep it up. Walking suits many people (see below), but gardening, dancing, team sports, gym workouts, martial arts, any active hobby all count. Doing it with someone else boosts motivation too.

    you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn't say DIET) plan that works for you;

    You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.
