You must be a registered AKO user, active duty, guard, reserve. Use the link that I provided. You will have to register. As with all military related internet portals, it is not easy to navigate through, but this is easier than going through AKO directly.

It's true. I don't remember the exact location but I believe it's under the My Education tab. Once you click on that there should be a link to an outside webpage where you have to register and you get access to Rosetta Stone and a few other training programs. It only works if you are out of basic and AIT, it doesn't work on Future Soldier AKO accounts.
