Things to do in gta 4 offline free roam.?

Unfortunately im an offline gamer.We are not allowed broadband because our side of the street cant get it for a long story short and im bored with nothing to do in gta 4 free roam.just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. thanks

    you know GTA 4 does have story missions

    I like doing the random missions, if you get close to a certain character on your map it will open a mission for you to do for them. Also, if you've unlocked the 3rd city, you can do the sniper assassination missions. Mostly, in free roam, I try to hit all the jumps that are scattered throughout all 3 cities.

    theres jumping out of a helicopter at max height, doing extra missions for characters like little jacob. racing with brucie. going on dates and going places with friends. oh and of course killing random people
