Is it ok to use this when hand washing a bra?

All I have is body wash and laundry detergent-- are any of these okay to actually hand-wash a bra with?

Update:

Also, about how much should I use??

Sure, just don't use too much and rinse it out thoroughly.

Laundry detergent is for washing laundry, which is what you are doing. You can use laundry detergent, dish soap, ordinary soap...anything that reduces the surface tension. All that detergent does is to break sown the surface tension of the water so that it actually makes close contact with the fabric and the dirt.

It's totally fine; I wash my less delicate bras with warm water and just soap.
