All marmsey were the Borogroves, and the Momewraths did outgrabe

(working off of memory, here... I know I could double check, but I think it's right... if it's not, it's close enough)

What I ~think~ you're saying is you're building a seawall/levee wall and you need to leave access to the water (for whatever reason)...

If you just need foot access to the water, you could put a ladder or stairs on the "outside" of the wall... if you need boat access to the water, you'll have to build a boat ramp... sorry if I've mistaken your question, but that's what I've gotten out of it.

I make no heads or tales of this question so here's a bit of entertainment:

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse! The fishing gear was hung near the heater with care because if we put it to close there'd be nothing there ( it would burn). All of a sudden there rose such a clatter, was it the the buzz bait or the half dead buck bashing his antlers? ( He was in the cooler). All of a sudden a fat man did appear, I have no chimney, how'd he get in here? I pulled out my nine and shot at him there and here but he still got away with my six pack of beer. I try to stay calm because of the intruison, and look to my wife in spite of confusion. She swears me to hell as she usually does ( I'd divorce her but she pays the bills.) if it aint about money she's out for my blood. I tell her what happened and she just laughs, " no fat man been here other than your fat azz." She goes back to bed and my head I'm scratchin'.. All is not lost, I still got my fishing poles ~good luck catchin'. ; )
