Can a company get away with giving a fixed term 12 month contract over and over without any breaks?

If they can, and they do not provide sick pay but provide holiday exactly the same as permanent staff. what rights do fixed term staff have?

yes they can. and they might pay a little more than companies with "captive" instead of "contract" employees because they don't pay for benefits like sick leave and vacation. you can always look around and see if you can get paid better for the same work with other companies. you might even find a place that pays better and provides benefits. regardless of what you are being paid, if you can find the same work for the same pay with benefits then in my mind you would be a fool not to change jobs

relies upon on what your contract says. Does it state they are in a position to push aside you till now the top of 9 months? If no longer, then i think of you're a minimum of entitled to be paid in finished. If the contract says they are in a position to end the contract at each time befor 9 months via providing you with 2 weeks word, and that they've, then i could start up searching for yet another task.

Yes. It's a 12 month contract. It's for 12 months at a time. You don't have to sign it at the end of the 12 months. As long as you renew it every 12 months you are agreeing to it.

There is nothing wrong with them doing this. Would you rather they just fire you at the end of the contract.

You have all the rights of any employee under state and federal law. What you probably don't have is any health or pension because you are a contract employee.
