Which of these delivery companies leave the package at home? UPS, USPS, OR FedEx?

I get messed up with what does. Please help me!

    Let's break it down:

U.S. Postal Service usually leaves packages in the mailbox or at the front door for you, but in some cases they require a signature.

UPS is a crap-shoot -- sometimes they'll leave it for you, sometimes they require a signature.

I've never seen FedEx deliver and drop -- any time they shipped something to me I had to sign for it.

They all may leave them, but it depends on the delivery requirements of the specific package.

If it requires a signature, then they will leave a notice for you if no one is home.
