I would have to say that there are 3 main events that pertain to us today and make the United States what it is. The first is the ratification of the United States Constitution. This established our system of government, laws, and values. The second is the Louisiana Purchase. This more then doubled the size of the United States and pushed our borders to the Pacific Ocean contributing to westward expansion, the idea of Manifest Destiny, and securing the Mississippi River as the commercial "highway" for the United States. The final, and often overlooked, event that is important is the War of 1812. This is often overlooked in history but this really was the Second War of Independence. In this war the British burned Washington, D.C., disrupted US trade, and nearly toppled the government of the United States. If it weren't for the fact that Great Britain were involved in a major war in Europe and was not able to contribute it's full strength to the war it is entirely possible that they could have defeated the United States military and taken possession of major parts of the US. If this had occurred there is no telling how different the United States would be today. Perhaps we would not even be 50 states today.

Good, I fairly don't see myself being a released author after I develop up. It isn't fairly career option, and although it appears like i've continually adored writing, for a few rationale, being and author on no account occurs to me. I count on that is helping me finish my reports and hold writing. I write for the fulfilling of it and now not seeing that I remember or wish it's going to get me published sooner or later. When publishing is not even in my radar, I remember it is helping me focal factor on effectively writing and bettering for the reason that I want to, despite the fact that it's not going to get me plenty eventually. I'm figuring out to play piano, and that i sing too. But I quite do not plan on that being a profession course each. I love to sing and play, however I simply on no account spotted myself doing that. So, that makes it less complicated to preserve at it, for the reason that i'm doing for the reason that as soon as upon a time, I made a determination, acknowledged I favored to do something. And i as a rule try to conclude what I . I suppose that for those who want to have anything adequate, you'll be able to switch a mountain to get it. That keeps me going. BQ: well. Received to peer a buddy who i have never visible in like a year. :) BQ2: Freak out, yell a bit of of, after which try to to discover my despite the fact. BQ3: i'm now not absolutely distinctive what I want to do. Legal respectable has been available in the market seeing that I was 6 (family's concept, and i really like debating), further lately, psychiatrist (found out my love of psychology), and perhaps within dressmaker? A man or woman told that extra in recent times. I have to make the entire factor lovely. So, I have no idea. Time will tell.
