    I have no idea if I agree with you or not. I can't decipher your question. Did you perhaps, leave out a word?

    I do know that it is philosophically possible to not believe in any gods. Many philosophers have been atheists.

    It is linguistically impossible because Atheism means only a disbelief in God(s). It has nothing to do with anything else.

    Did you know that "belief" is a noun, and "believe" is a verb?
