Hear this now! You are 16. You can't vote, sign a contract to get a car, house, credit card or even rent an apartment. Can't drink either. This is an adult world. Marriage is hard enough without children trying to get married. Stay at home with your parents, stay in school. I'm surprised your parents haven't cut off your phone privileges yet. Even if you mother did let you go get married in Africa you would still be underage...there for your new wife could not apply for citizenship until you are 18 and can legally be her sponsor. So you might be married but she couldn't come live with you till your 18.
