Can some one help me with frosting....?
I need help with frosting, I do not like the real sugary frosting, I like the fluffy creamy icing that you see at the grocery store on birthday cakes, but I do not know what that type of frosting called? I love the taste and does any one know what the recipe is for the fluffy light frosting... Thank you so much for your help in advance Blessings...

I'm assuming you mean the "whipped" frosting and not the dense buttercream. I found this. I've never tried it but it sounds like this is the frosting you're talking about.

I uhh.. tryed this once but ended up in a failure.. idk why but prob, you can fig it out... I mixed a little bit of those frosting from the store: Pillsbury vanilla frosting, and some vanilla pudding, and some whip cream, and some butter... maybe you could fig out how to make some of those whippy frosting from costco or sam's club ready-made cakes, just by these ingredients.

Try Rich's Bettercream. That is what most store bakeries use. You can get it online, but Sam's Club, Costco, and GFS sells this. It is liquid, then you whip it up with your mixer.

butter cream frosting, or whip topping frosting.
butter cream is the most popular though.
