Do the people attending the Copenhagen conference behave like they believe global warming is a crisis?

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/copenhagen-climat...

Or do limos and private jets not emit any carbon dioxide?

Update:

Trevor,

If they truly believed it was a crisis, wouldn't they replace a brick factory AND carpool/fly commercial/virtualize?

20 Bangladeshi brick kilns sound more like cheap political cover for hypocrisy than a commitment to resolve a real crisis.

Update 2:

Saar,

You absorbed you indoctrination well and can regurgitate it perfectly.

Good little greenbot.

these people are the elites, you can't criticize them as trevor has said, they're there to save the world.so what if they have limos coming all the way from germany or flying in their private jets, they are going to save us from ourselves,we should be applauding them for being so courageous to take on this completely false premise, don't you dare criticize them for their good intentions.they care..they are good liberals, they live up to their mantra,do as I say not as I do

The Copenhagen Conference 2009 has already been called the most difficult negotiations the world has taken on. It is considered the biggest global gathering on Climate Change, and through the presence of powerhouses such as United States and China, the world may be able to seal the deal. Global warming is a real crisis affecting different countries and wreaking havoc on livelihood and health. What must be achieved in Copenhagen is a concrete, comprehensive, legally binding agreement that will be beneficial to all countries and will not adversely affect the lives of the people, as well as developing economies.

There are a lot of issues that need to be resolved and may need more than just a once-a-year conference to cover all grounds. They should not just tackle the crisis but solutions to it.

We should stay up to date on all relevant climate issues especially those that affect the greater number of people. We should read articles that empower us with information on the latest developments on topics concerning carbon emissions, climate change and renewable energy.

I don't think they're in favor of reducing CO2 emissions, just shifting it out of private hands.

Maybe they believe limos and private jets should be reserved for people who work for the government.

As Trevor will quickly tell you, delegates can have all the limos and private jets they want, they just need to donate some taxpayers money to a Bangladeshi industrialist, that makes it all alright.

Are you actually insisting that the ecogarchy cut THEIR carbon emissions? How dare you! Drastic cuts in carbon emissions - and thus, in living standards - that's for the little people.

    Source(s): Warmist elitism.
