What happens if I don't sign my Performance Evaluation from my supervisor?
My 3 month performance evaluation is tomorrow. I work for a very bad director in a University who has run off the previous 3 people in my position by complaining about their performance, and she is doing the same thing with me. What happens if I do not sign the hard copy of my Performance Evaluation? Thank you.

Absolutely nothing happens. Your signing it doesn't mean you agree with what's written, it only means that it was given to you. If you refuse to sign it, the manager will simply write on it, refused to sign. It goes in your file whether you sign it or not.

Not much, they just note the insubordination, that you refused to sign. They will likely have another witness to the fact.
