Can you sell a computer that has Microsoft Office Military Edition installed on it to a non-military person?
If you dont understand the liscense user agreement, then dont answer like you understand. Ok, let me re-phrase that. Can you sell the computer without deleting Micrsoft Office from it?

The software should have come with license documentation.
Assuming this version:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/offers/military/
On the hard drive, (not a generic on-line one) there should be a EULA.
Search for EULA It is likely a txt file in some Office directory.
(There will be others scattered around for other programs.)
This is the particular license that would govern you.
You could ask where you bought it, but they might not be too well
versed in licensing...
