Amazing Race 15:Was Ericka an extreme DIVA-from-HELL?

Question

After seeing the atrocious behavior from her during this season's "Amazing Race", what do you think of Ericka now?...

Personally, she reminded me of "Evil Jonathan" Baker three seasons back(when he beat up his then-fiancee Victoria at the pit stop at Berlin's famed Brandenburg Gate!)...but Ericka really took the cake with her "DIVA" 'tude!

Her mom was right:she and Brian should never have married(and I'm surprised that marriage lasted THIS long(FOUR years!)!...

Sure, Ericka was Miss America 2004(and Miss Georgia 2004), but honestly, if I were Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue, I'd be truly EMBARRASSED by now!

In my opinion, Ericka's attitude was the downfall for that team. If she stayed calm, they could have won.

I agree that her rantings were what caused them the race - but I don't understand why you think her mom was right that they should not have gotten married.  What does her personality have to do with how her mom feels about him?  I think Brian is an amazing man and her mom should feel lucky that her daughter married such a wonderful guy!  And Brian has the patience of a saint to put up with her.

But in her defense, this show really brings out the stress factor, so I am sure she isn't quite that bad in her normal every day life.  But wow, her attitude during the finale in the cirque de soleil challenge was horrendous!  I am sure that she was completely embarrassed by her actions when she watched the show.  I know I would be if I had thrown that many temper tantrums!  My guess is that she was spoiled by her parents growing up - it would explain a lot about her personality!
