How to prevent a strike from occuring?

My company's employees are threatening to strike because of wage compensation. The problem is we dont have the funds to provide higher wages. How do I prevent this strike from happening? Any websites suggestions to help me with my problem?

    Sit down with the union leaders and talk to them.

    They're not stupid.

    They know what's going on in the economy.

    There is only one way to avoid a strike.

    BE HONEST WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES.
