China cannot be considered communist because they allow some private property and privately owned industry even though the government prohibits all political parties except the Communist Party
Other countries have left-wing governments that might be considered communist. These include, Venezuela, Bolivia, Portugal, Greece

but seriously, the only truly communist countries now are cuba, vietnam and north korea. china is still totalitarian, but no longer communist.

Although there a few who try to claim that they use communistic principles. True Comunism would not need a DICTATOR to run the show.
