EPA deemed CO2 hazardous you your health?
If CO2 is bad for your health according to the EPA then shouldn't CPR be made illegal? You are blowing your CO2 directly in the person`s lungs. Wouldn't that be dangerous to your health? Do we trust the gov`t environmentalists or the Surgeon General who decides that CPR adn CO2 is still safe?
Colanth: How can they deem it dangerous when CPR requires 2 large breaths, exhaling CO2 directly into the persons ungs. Obviously they come out for the better, even at the high concentration that is created by the 2 direct breaths.
Too much of anything can kill you
Demos: Would the politicians who filibuster a bill, just ranting on and on to block the bill, be found guilty as well? Comedy clubs will be taxed for CO2 emissions as well, you know all that laughter causing dangerous CO2 levels in the club.

Water is dangerous to your health (you can drown in it, you can die from drinking too much of it), so lets's ban water too.
Superfacetious arguments don't win debating points. Even plain facetious ones don't.

Look at it this way, NOW when you're boss is yelling at you, you can actually file criminal charges that he's actively trying to harm you with his blowing hot air at you. All politicians (including the ones responsible for this ridiculous standard) can be prosecuted for their speeches that require blowing an overabundance of CO2 into the atmosphere. Just wait until they extend it to methane, and you can no longer have hamburgers because cows have become illegal. Or find yourself sitting in prison because you farted.
(And, yes, they actually have laws now to prosecute people for farting on elevators in some states.)
