    Because John Lennon and Paul McCartney were the most prolific artists of the group and because, in my opinion, George Harrison's voice closely resembled Lennon's and so he was not as distinctive as, say, Ringo. That said, Harrison did write some great songs: "Here Comes the Sun" is amazing.

    No i didn't forget about John.

    George wrote good songs and I am talking about the unknown ones like Blue Jay way, Inner light, Long Long Long and I me mine.
