Have you looked at any artist supply stores in your area? Even if the particular store you are in doesn't carry the pen, chat with the salesperson. You will find that a lot of artists take jobs in artist supply stores and have a lot of knowledge about different products and where to find them. You might also try Michaels, but I can't honestly say whether or not they carry them as I haven't actually looked for one. But the artist supply store is your best bet.
