I recently came across a book by Fanny Craddock, It has some really good recipes in it She had some strange ideas, but was a great one for dinner parties, which is what led her into the TV shows with her husband as the wine expert... My opinion is that she was a very good cook producing food that was right for the time. If she were alive today I am sure she would be right up there with the best of them.
