The Irish and British government have reciprocal arrangements in place whereby, if you enter one with the intention of travelling to the other, you can (and will) be deported from both. This is part of the measures in place to prevent abuse of the common travel area (CTA) between the two countries by third-country nationals. (The CTA means Irish and British citizens don't need visa (or even passports) to travel between Ireland and the UK but it's ONLY for Irish and British citizens. Nobody else.)
The fact that the British already rejected your application means you're likely to be flagged already. As soon as you buy a ferry or plane ticket in Ireland (for which you'll have to give your personal details), theres a very high chance you'll be detected immediately.
Your best course of action would be to consult with your doctor. Abortion is stricly illegal in Ireland but doctors are allowed to provide information related to travelling abroad for one. (They aren't OBLIGED to provide information but, if they don't, they can still refer you to someone who will). Most likely the matter would have to be brought up with the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB), or some other relevent body. It's likely you may be able to make a special case for yourself: If there is a medical reason for the abortion, it's possible for the GNIB to agree a special dispensation with their British counterparts (though it's likely to be extremely conditional). If there isn't a medical reason, you could still try but the chances of success are lower.

If they ask for your passport they will see you don't have a visa for the UK and you will be refused entry. And not having an EU passport will probably mean they'll check your passport closely. If you travel from the Republic of Ireland to Northern Ireland and then travel onto the UK "mainland" you might still be required to show a passport of some type of photo ID. I had to fly from London to Belfast a few months ago and had to show ID when I landed in Belfast (my ID was my Irish passport)
You should probably go and see someone (or at least phone them) at a family planning clinic for more info, see: http://www.ifpa.ie/ If you have trouble with language or whatever and need someone to find out more information for you just send me a message.

There will be no visa check coming from Northern Ireland as it is part of the U.K. However, to travel you will need photographic I.D, though, such as a passport.

As a Pakistani national without a permanent address here in the UK, you would not be eligible for an abortion on the NHS.

Depends if you have stayed there longer than you're allowed to, or if you have a job instead of attending you course.
If you have outstayed your time or arent actually there as a student, the immigration will check your visa.

they will check you immediately because you are not white. also now with the eastern europeans coming in they have started checking a lot more as illegal immigrants are starting to use ireland as a base to get into the uk.

They can but rarely do.
Travel up to NI by train and your best bet is to get a National Express Coach from Belfast to London, no checks done.
