35 weeks, What is this discharge?!!!?

ok, So im 35 weeks. Last night I went to the hospital after having Horrible Contractions from my romantic time with my husband.

Anyways, I was Dilated to a 1 ,almost a 2.

Well they Released me, And I have still been cramping up through out the day.

But Now When I wipe, There is this light, Brown tinted water. I though maybe it was in my pee, but I wiped without peeing and Its still there. And when i walking to my kitchen, I felt a few drips get on my leg and underwear that were also light brown.

Its not heavy, but it has been getting more noticeable through out the day.

Im just wondering if i need to call my doctor or go back to the hospital or if Im going be bent over in labor sometime soon.

Please someone tell me whats going on!!! THANK YOU!

    as your cervix opens (as its doing) its releasing the "mucus plug" that is in the place of the cervix. It just means labor is progessing, no need to call unless it blood or your water breaking...baby could be hours, days or weeks away. Unfortunately there is no tell tale time when things are going to happen once you lose it, but just know that its soon!! good luck

    brown watery discharge?

    Considering that you were in the hospital after "romantic time" with your husband (i'm assuming sex), it could possibly just be some minor vaginal tearing and residual bleeding from it, especially if your husband is.... "blessed".

    However, since it's getting more noticeable through the day, I would definately give your doc a jingle and run it past them. If you're not getting contractions today,I wouldn't be overly concerned, but give doc a jingle.

    you can have blood in your discharge after sex or a vaginal exam..both of which it sounds likke you had yesterday. If it is watery and running down your leg..I woulld go in to check and make sure your water has not broken. Either way..just give your Dr a call and tell them everything going on..that is what they are there for.

    Also, consider this. At 35 weeks, maybe you shouldn't be having sex with your husband. You've got a big baby inside now.

    GO TO THE DOCTOR ASAP DON'T WAIT AROUND FOR SOMETHING BAD TO HAPPEN
