Benson @ Minn or Gore @ home vs Cards?

Gore this week. The Vikings have given up fewer fantasy points to opposing RBs than any other team. They've only allowed a total of 806 rushing yds, 532 receiving yds, and 3 TDs to RBs all year. The Bengals are the 4th best D against fantasy RBs; I'd expect a lot of passing from Favre and Palmer.

Both MIN and ARI have solid run DEF, with MIN's being slightly better. I do believe the Niners rely on Gore a lot more than the Bengals will on Benson. All things being equal, I also like having a player going on Monday night as well.

I have both in a one of my leagues and I'm benching Benson and hoping the niners start giving Gore the ball again. Especially after last week when they had 1st and goal from the 3 and he didn't get a single touch as they settled for a field goal.

Start Gore this week only because Benson is going up against the Vikings who are 2nd against the run. Whereas the Cardinals are 12th against the run.

gore at home that game may be a shootout. Its really hard to run on that minnesota defense. Gore also is good receiver who could get ya points there too. I think Gore by far.
